Surveillance as a Service is not necessarily a new concept at C-IX. We launched our first hosted surveillance platform in 2006, and have been developing our SaaS services ever since. In the beginning, we simply made redundant copies of surveillance data on our hosted servers, but today it's much more. Not only do we migrate your surveillance data to the cloud, but we supply the hardware and support as part of the service!

With SaaS, your video data is first recorded locally, and then sent to our secure cloud servers as bandwidth becomes available. We can store your data in the cloud for up to a year (360 Days) before it's overwritten. Critical event content can be downloaded locally for safe keeping. 

Our enterprise grade, cloud based video management system is extremely simple and makes viewing live and recorded video a breeze.

You provide the internet connection, and we'll provide the servers, switches, cameras, cabling, and installation for your surveillance system. We use enterprise grade hardware from AXIS, Hikvision, Netgear, Eagle Eye, and Middle Atlantic (just to name a few). Our systems are infinitely scalable, which means we'll grow with your operation.

Your security is our job! We monitor the health of our installed solutions 24/7, and can usually have an issue resolved inside of 10 minutes (assuming we can address the issue remotely). Though rare, sometimes things happen that require onsite support, in which case, we'll have a technician on the road to address the issue as soon as possible. This of course is part of the service!
